Invoicing
Invoices are issued by the Dutch business through Stripe. A Hungarian company with a valid EU VAT ID is invoiced with the reverse charge; details in section 5 of the terms of service.

The website is served by Vercel, the database and files by Supabase (EU, Frankfurt). The full list: sub-processors.
Disputes and supervision
Dutch law and the court of Amsterdam, as in the terms of service. Privacy supervision: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Netherlands). The EU online dispute resolution platform is for consumers; we do not contract with consumers.
