Runners don’t sell, they hand off. Stafeta Runners is a community whose members bring the human-and-AI team to small companies: they recommend, introduce, and join the customer for the first call. For that they share in the revenue. There are one hundred founding race numbers, #002 to #100.

What a Runner does
Hands off the baton
Completes the free two-hour online base module (the four lanes, the approval principle, what we never give the machine), then introduces Stafeta to the companies they believe in and joins them for the first call.
Impact counts
The Start List shows name, race number, city and the hours handed off to AI at their customers. Rank comes from impact, not money. Community goal: 10,000 hours handed off in 2027.
What a Runner gets
One rule, in public
You get 20% of the first 12 paid months of platform fees of a self-service customer you bring.
Example
On a Hungarian Átadás plan that is about 120 000 Ft, on a Dutch Futam plan about €838, per customer.
When we pay
Commission is earned only once the customer’s invoice is paid, and is paid out 30 days after the customer pays. If the customer cancels within 90 days of their first payment, the commission is clawed back.
What comes next
Founding runners get a share in the company; the details are fixed in a contract once the Dutch BV exists. The certified implementer level (Váltó) and the city lead level (Kapitány) open in 2027.
Rules, so this is never a pyramid
- No entry fee, and no money for recruiting. Commission only after a paying customer.
- No cold spam. You see customer data only under a confidentiality and data-processing agreement.
- The draft principle applies to you too: Stafeta agents never send anything without a person, and neither do you in the company’s name.
- You invoice as a contractor: sole trader or Kft. in Hungary, ZZP in the Netherlands.
- Your race number is for life: #001 is the founder’s, #002–#100 belong to the founding runners and are never reassigned.
The community
Monday exchange: a 30-minute weekly call where everyone says in one sentence what they handed off last week. A Runner of the Month every month. A Relay Day every year: the community runs the relay category of a city race in Budapest and Amsterdam. The START event is in January 2027, in Budapest and Amsterdam.
