- Two-step sign-in for everyone; a fresh code for sensitive steps.
- An audit log of sign-ins, card changes, approvals bound to the exact content, admin actions.
- The agent never sends, deletes or pays; a monthly AI budget per plan with a hard cap; the AI cost on every card.
- A data processing agreement, a sub-processor list, the AI Act Article 4 record produced by the platform.
- Roles: owner, admin, member, guest, frontline; delegated approvals; a client portal without an account.

None of this is in the product today. We build it with the first enterprise customers and say so in the contract.
