Tick the tools you pay for today, set your headcount, and see what stays with you every month. This is an estimate, not a quote: every price can be changed. The default prices are the list prices of a common tool in each category, checked on 28 October 2026, annual billing, excluding VAT.
Time: half an hour per person per week for every tool that goes, at your hourly cost – the conservative figure vendors use in their own cost calculators. The minutes the AI saves on each card come on top and are measured in the product, not promised here.
What Stafeta does not replace today: video calls, payroll, accounting, your office suite (mail, calendar, spreadsheets). Moving in takes time too – count the first month as setup, not savings.
For 200 to 5,000 people we run the same numbers with your contracts and, later, pilot data.
How the handoff works
The AI prepares. A person decides. Every leg has a name on it.
Every card shows who runs this leg – a person or an agent –, who takes the baton next and who signs. Nothing leaves the company unsigned, and the cost of the AI leg is on the card in euros.

The draft waits in the exchange zone: the approvals queue. You see the exact content, the recipients, the time and what the AI cost. One by one or in bulk, or sent back with a reason.

You sign, it goes
Sending, publishing and paying happen only with your signature, bound to the exact content – change a word and it asks again. The card keeps who, when, what and the cost.
