Waiters, stewards, cashiers, crew: outside the plan’s people limit, charged only for active months. Approver and view-only roles free, guests 5 : 1.
- An active person is anyone who did anything in Stafeta in the last 30 days. Agents are not people and never count. A freelancer or an accountant can be exempted.
- A plan moves up only when the headcount was over the limit in 2 consecutive months – never because of one peak. Down at any time.
- A 14-day trial, no card, with € 5 of AI. Afterwards the workspace stays read-only, the data is kept for 60 days and can be exported.
- Founder companies (the first 100): −30% on the platform fee for 24 months. Culture and non-profit: −30% on the platform fee.
- AI use above the included budget runs at double the rate, up to a cap you set (€ 50 by default); above it the agents pause, the board does not.
Consulting separately: Scan €3,900, System €5,900 (one-off), Ops €900–2,400 per month.
Your team does not need separate Claude accounts: the agents and the chat are built into Stafeta.
