We help you decide which work the AI should do, which it should prepare for a person to approve, and which should stay with people. Then we set it up and measure how much time came back.
You do not get a slide deck. At the end your company works in Stafeta: every task has an owner, an approver and a due date, and you can see what it cost.
How we work
Most of the mapping is filled in by your team, about their own tasks – not by an outside consultant taking notes in a meeting room.
Every recurring task goes into one of four lanes. Nothing that leaves the company – a letter, an offer, a post – goes out without a person’s approval.
You know the price and what you get before we start. We charge by the day only for the role that comes with monthly presence.
Before the start we record where you are; on day 30, 60 and 90 we look at how much time came back. The number comes from the platform, not from our estimate.
After the implementation you can ask for monthly care, with the same person.
Entry offers
Small, at a fixed price and useful on their own – what you get is yours to keep, whether or not you continue with us.
Half a day
Half a day with the owner and one to three key people: your ten most important recurring tasks in lanes, one number for how much depends on the owner alone, and a live trial on your own document.
Counts towards the Scan within 30 days.
2–4 weeks
Short e-learning by role in your own workspace, a live Q&A for the leaders, a company AI-use policy, a list of who uses which AI tool, and a training record for Article 4 of the AI Act. Practical training and a record, not a certificate.
Includes the Academy’s Article 4 package (T1).
2–5 weeks
The Operating Map: every recurring task of the company on one page, in lanes, with the time that can be freed, a 90-day plan and the record for Article 4 of the AI Act. The Operating Map is yours even if you do not continue with us.
Implementation
The implementation is included: at the end your team works in its own workspace, and on day 30, 60 and 90 we measure what came back.
4 weeks, after the Scan
A live workspace with your roles and approvals, the company brain, the AI agents set up, three workshops and the Handover Day.

Guarantee on the System. If fewer than half of the weekly hours promised in the Operating Map come back within 90 days – measured on the platform – the first Ops month is free.
2 weeks + 60 days of measuring
For teams that know what should be done but have nobody to do it: 3–5 processes live (agent, approval, template), a baseline before and a measurement on day 60.
4 weeks
For hospitality, venues, events, cleaning and shops: the rota on the phone, clock-in by QR code or kiosk (no GPS, no face recognition), opening and closing checklists, purchasing and recipe cost, the weekly labour-cost ratio – with the working-time rules kept.
One-off, by size
A Stafeta Expert sets up the sign-in and security, your structure, the connections, the card types and the AI rules, and hands over in a short session with your team.
We are glad to talk about these; they have no public price yet.
Who decides, where work gets stuck, where everything depends on one person, whether you need a new management level – mapped from the real work, with options, re-measurement and a pack for the works council. We never rank individuals and never recommend dismissing a named person.

Monthly
The AI drafts your posts, newsletters and ads in Stafeta; an Artavizo marketer approves and runs them. Nothing goes out unsigned.
Organisations
On request – it starts with a 30-minute conversation.
A group Warm-up for 8–12 member companies (two half days), a group licence for the AI literacy programme, and a yearly anonymous summary for the members.
A Scan in every company of the portfolio, a comparison report and a 100-day plan per company.
An 8–12-week measured pilot in one division of 50–300 people, with single sign-on and the audit log. From the second half of 2027.
Cover planning, rotas, parent communication and AI training for the teaching staff.
