Short lessons and small live groups in English, Hungarian and Dutch. You practise on your own work: the AI drafts, you decide what goes out. For teams that need Article 4 training, and for people over 60 who want to stay safe.
Seven rules. Each one changes something you can see in a course.
01
A person decides.
Every task has a person and an AI. The AI drafts, sorts and summarises; a person reads it, signs it or sends it back. Nothing leaves without a person's approval.
In a course: Every practice task ends with you approving or returning an AI draft – never with the AI sending it.
02
Honest about what AI cannot do.
AI writes fluently and is sometimes confidently wrong. We say so, with examples.
In a course: Lessons 1 and 4 spend as much time on invented facts and bias as on what AI does well.
03
Practise on your own work.
A general example is forgotten by Monday. Your own e-mail, offer or guest message is not.
In a course: The practice task uses a real card from your workspace: a reply, a follow-up or a guest message.
04
Plain words, no fear.
We explain the EU AI Act as it is: what it asks and what it does not. No certificate is needed, so we do not sell one.
In a course: Lesson 6 covers the law in six minutes and says clearly what it does not ask of you.
05
Privacy first.
Personal data and company secrets stay out of AI tools, unless your company approved the tool for exactly that.
In a course: Lesson 3 ends with a list for next to your screen; the AI tutor does not know your company's data and keeps nothing you ask.
06
For every age, in your own language.
Hungarian, Dutch and English – and a separate course for people over 60, on their own phone.
In a course: The 60+ groups work with large type, a printed booklet and one session with a family member.
07
Small groups, measurable results.
Live groups of at most 12, so everyone gets to ask. What was learned is written down.
In a course: Each completion of the Article 4 package lands in your training record: person, course version, date, quiz score.
How we teach
Short, practical, with a person beside you
Adults learn by doing, in small steps, with someone to ask. That is how the courses are built.
Short lessons
Eight lessons of four to seven minutes, about 45 minutes in all. Progress is saved, so a lesson fits between two tasks.
Practice on real tasks
One task in your own Stafeta workspace: the AI drafts a reply or a post, you check it and decide.
An AI tutor that sticks to the lesson
Ask a question on the lesson page and the tutor answers briefly from that lesson. It does not know your company's data and saves nothing you ask.
A live Q&A
One live session with a trainer for the whole team, for the questions the lessons raised.
Small groups for people over 60
At most 12 people, each on their own phone. Every session starts by repeating the last one, and questions are always welcome.
A printed booklet in large type
The 60+ course comes with a large-type booklet and a fridge card with the three rules against phone scams.
A family session
One of the four 60+ sessions is with a child or grandchild, so the family rule is agreed at the same table.

The training record
A record you can show – no certificate needed
Since February 2025 every company that uses AI must take measures for its people's AI literacy. The European Commission says no certificate is needed: practical training and an internal record of it are what counts. Our courses give you both – training that fits each role, and a training record you can show.

Questions
What people ask before they book
Do we need a certificate for the AI Act?
No. The European Commission's questions and answers on AI literacy say no certificate is needed; an internal record of the training and other measures is enough. We do not sell a certificate: we give you training and the record.
Do we need Stafeta to take a course?
For the Article 4 package, yes: the lessons, the practice task and the training record live in a Stafeta workspace. You + AI at work practises there too. AI 60+ needs nothing but the participants' own phones.
Which languages?
English, Hungarian and Dutch. Each person takes the lessons in their own language; the language of a live group is set in the offer.
What does the AI tutor know, and what does it keep?
Only the lesson you are on. It answers briefly, does not know your company's data, and nothing you ask is saved. Its cost counts towards your workspace's AI allowance.
What if someone scores below 70% on the final quiz?
The questions after each lesson are feedback only. The final quiz has ten questions; 70% or more completes the course. Below that, read the explanations and try again.
May we use customer data in the practice task?
Only what the task needs. That is what lesson 3 is about: leave out phone numbers, and replace names with roles ("the customer").
Is this legal advice?
No. Lesson 6 explains the law to staff in plain words; for your company's legal position, ask a lawyer.
