Practice in your own workspace

- Office and admin – Let the AI draft a reply to a real e-mail in your workspace, check it, and approve or return it.
- Sales and marketing – Let the AI draft a follow-up or a post in your workspace, check every claim and price, and approve or return it.
- Hospitality frontline – Let the AI draft a reply to a guest or a shift handover note, check it on your phone, and approve or return it.

The practice task
Lesson 7 is done in your own Stafeta workspace, on real work – about five minutes, and the phone app is fine.
- Open a card that needs a written answer – an e-mail, a guest message, a follow-up – or create one with the facts.
- Ask for a draft ("Draft this for me"). The agent writes it, and it waits for approval.
- Open it under Approvals and check names, numbers, dates and promises against the source.
- Approve it, or return it with one sentence on what should change.
Either decision completes the task. The agent never sends anything on its own.
The quizzes
The three questions after each lesson are feedback: they are saved and never block you. The final quiz has ten questions across the course; 70% or more completes it and puts it in your company's training record. Below that, read the explanations and try again.

The AI tutor
Ask about the lesson you are on; the tutor answers briefly from that lesson. It does not know your company's data, nothing you ask is saved, and its cost counts towards your workspace's AI allowance.

Every completion lands in your workspace's training record – the evidence Article 4 asks for. No certificate is needed, and we do not issue one.
